Refund Policy

Welcome aboard!

We would like to start with a note of thanks to all the enrollees who have taken up the real-time project-based training with us. We extend our best wishes to all our interns and wish them a successful project completion.

Refund Policy for Enrollment/Cancellation:

In line with any other online purchases, our Refund Policy is also governed by a defined set of rules and regulations. Furnished below are the guidelines that influence the refund/non-refund of the enrollment fee.

  1. iiT WorkForce reserves the right and authority to postpone/cancel the class or event which could arise due to insufficient enrollments, technical reasons, ill-health of concerned authorities or force majeure such as floods, earthquakes, etc.
  2. In case, the project cancelation is prompted by iiT WorkForce, the enrollees are entitled to a 100% refund.
  3. If the enrollee requests for cancelation before the commencement of the project with a valid reason, 5% of the enrollment fee will be deducted towards processing charges and the rest will be refunded.
  4. No refund of the enrollment fee will be entertained once the project commences.
  5. The project fee is non transferable from one project to another project.

Note: The project timelines are likely to extend beyond the predetermined schedule due to various reasons such as the illness of the trainer/mentor of the project, doubts/questions posed by the other participants, etc.

The process to initiate the request for refund/cancellation of the enrollment fee

Interns requesting for a refund can contact the helpdesk at +1-408-715-7889 or by sending an email to work@iitworkforce.com. We would appreciate it if the reason for cancellation is also mentioned during the procedure.

All refund requests will be processed within 30 days from the date of the request.
